Mizzz: a connected operations platform for hospitality

Mizzz is Nefrin’s hospitality platform — one connected system for menus, orders, tables, staff, kitchen displays, and operational data, built for restaurants, cafés, and hotels.

Hospitality businesses run on fragmented tools: one system for the till, another for reservations, spreadsheets for shifts, paper for the kitchen. Data lives everywhere and nowhere, and owners make decisions blind.

We studied real venue operations — service flows during peak hours, kitchen coordination, shift handovers, and how staff actually use (and work around) existing tools.

Instead of another point solution, we designed a modular platform: venues start with the module they need most — menus, KDS, or staffing — and expand into the full connected system.

Interfaces designed for the floor, not the office: high contrast, large touch targets, glanceable states, and flows that survive a Friday-night rush.

A cloud platform with real-time order routing, offline-tolerant clients, role-based access, and an AI layer for operational insights and demand patterns.

One platform where an order placed at the table reaches the right kitchen station instantly, staffing reflects actual demand, and every operational signal lands in a single dashboard.

Results and metrics will be added after validation. Next: expanding the AI insights layer and onboarding pilot venues across hospitality segments.
